Nigel Witham
Nigel Roy Witham is an experienced DUI attorney who has been practicing law for more than two decades. After graduating from the University of Warwick in July of 1986, he was admitted to practice law in England Solicitor in 1989. He was then admitted to the California State Bar in 1996. Mr. Witham started out his career when he went to work for Mark Davies & Company as an associate.
Early Legal Career
He then began working as a sole practitioner at the Law Offices of Nigel R. Witham from 1996 to 1997. From there, he worked as an associate at the Law Offices of Myles Berman from 1997 to 1999, and then the Law Offices of Lawrence Taylor from 1999 to 2000. After leaving the Law Offices of Lawrence Taylor, he decided to open up his own practice with Jeffrey Lewis Gold.
Experience & Accolades
Mr. Witham has tried more than one hundred criminal cases over his 20 years in practice, and continues to fight for the rights of his clients as a partner at Gold & Witham. As a member of the Orange County and British American Bar Associations, as well as the National College for DUI Defense, Mr. Witham is well-equipped to defend his clients against a wide range of DUI charges.
